of food and service, The Mill was once famous for are back under the
expert guidance of Patrick who has come back to ensure that the
standards are raised in the restaurant. The new owners are from England
and have brought with them some British ideas such as ‘Roast Beef and
Yorkshire Pudding’, Bangers and Mash, Shepherd’s Pie, Toad in the Hole
at various times on the menus.
